How do I buy a Nutchel gift voucher?

To buy a gift voucher, you can contact our Customer Service by email. Please communicate the needed information to create the voucher such as your full name, your postal address, the name of the beneficiary and the amount you would like to offer. Gift vouchers are available with a minimum amount of 50 € and in steps of + 50 €.

Once received your request, our Customer Service will come back to you. Please take into account that the handling of your demand can take up 4 to 5 working days.

How can the gift voucher be redeemed?

Nutchel gift vouchers are valid for our forest villages Les Ardennes and L'Alsace, for a duration of 12 months from the date of issue. They can only be redeemed online and not be used across multiple bookings. The exchange in cash is excluded.
