Ingredients: ½ butternut squash, oil, salt, pepper, 400 g pasta, 250 g mushrooms, about ten sprigs of parsley
How to cook:
Peel and cut ½ of the butternut squash into pieces.
Fry the pieces in an oiled pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat salted water to cook the pasta.
Wash and chop 250 g of mushrooms. Add the mushrooms to the pan.
Chop the parsley finely and add it to the pan.
Pour 400g of pasta into your pan of water and follow the instructions on the packet.
Check the seasoning of the pan and the cooking.
Drain the pasta.
Mix the pasta with the pumpkin pieces and mushrooms.
