Day 1: arrival at Forest Village Alsace

Day 2: La Haute Loge

Breakfast in your cosy cabin
Minibus ride to the Coucou pond
Ascent to the main ridge of the Northern Vosges (Sandy Vosges)
Hiking along the ridge, following the old French- German border (scenic trail) to the open summit of the Haute-Loge
Picnic at the Haute-Loge, with the option to take shelter in case of bad weather (in a typical small stone shelter)
Continued hike along the ridge to the view point of Chatte-Pendue
Descend and return to Nutchel
Free time and dinner in your cabin or in the Cosy Chalet

The meadows of Champ-du-Feu with a view on e Voges mountains

Day 3: Champ-du-Feu and Col de la Perheux

Breakfast in your cosy cabin
Minibus ride to the summit of Champ-du-Feu, the highest point of the Bas-Rhin department (1099m)
Descent to Col de la Perheux through diverse landscapes (high-altitude meadow, summit beech forest,peat bog, stunning viewpoint over the Haute-Bruche Valley)
Lunch at La Perheux farmhouse inn
Cross the Mont Saint-Jean and descend to the village of Foudray
Cross the Bruche river and ascend pasing though the hamlet of Diespach, to Nutchel
Free time and dinner in your cabin or in the Cosy Chalet

Day 4: Half-day excursion around Nutchel

Breakfast in your cosy cabin
Exploration of the small, wild, and rugged valleys surrounding Nutchel.
Partly off-trail route with more technical terrain compared to previous days
Lunch at Nutchel or on the way, depending on the weather
Free time all afternoon
Dinner in your cabin or in the Cosy Chalet

Elevation loss: 250m
Difficulty: Moderate to difficult (adjustable depending on the group)

Day 5: end of your stay
